RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Nedbank Group
held on Tuesday, 4 May 2010, all the ordinary resolutions and the special
resolution were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
Shareholders representing 81,64% of the issued share capital in Nedbank Group
were present in person or by proxy at the meeting.
