DIRECTOR`S CHANGE OF FUNCTION
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of EOH ("the board") hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Lucky Khumalo, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of EOH, has resigned
as an executive director of the company but will assume the role of non-
executive director of the company with effect from 1 May 2010.
Although Mr Khumalo has resigned in order to pursue his own business
interests, he will remain a valuable member of the board. The board would like
to take this opportunity to thank Mr Khumalo for his contribution to EOH
during his tenure as an executive director.
