RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders
held at the registered offices of the company today, all the ordinary and
special resolutions as set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting contained
in the company`s 2009 Annual Financial Statements, were duly passed by the
requisite majority votes.
The special resolutions in terms of placing the unissued shares under the
control of the directors and a general authority to repurchase the company`s
shares are in the process of being submitted to the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration.
