RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the General Meeting of shareholders held
at the registered offices of the company today, all the resolutions as set out
in the notice of General Meeting contained in the circular to shareholders
dated 7 April 2010, were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
The special resolution in terms of a specific authority to repurchase 10
million ordinary shares in the company is in the process of being submitted to
the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office for registration.
