REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the forty-fifth (45th) annual general meeting of the shareholders of Zurich
held today, 05 May 2010, all the resolutions proposed at the meeting were
approved by the requisite majority of votes.
