AUDITED RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2009
Shareholders are referred to the audited results for the year ended 31
December 2009 published on SENS on 30 April 2010. This announcement contained
the following paragraph with respect to litigation: "There is no material
litigation pending against the company". The correct paragraph reads as
follows: "There is a claim against Square One by a UK based company, in the
amount of GBP285 683.63. Square One has defended this claim and has instituted
a counterclaim in the amount of R9 833 923. Both the Board of Directors of
Square One, as well as its legal counsel, believes that Square One will in due
course be able to successfully prove its claim".
