TRADING UPDATE
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required
to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable
degree of certainty exists that the financial results of the period to be
reported upon will differ by 20% or more from the financial results of the
previous corresponding period.
ISA`s shareholders are advised that ISA is currently finalising its results for
the year ended 28 February 2010 and are hereby notified that earnings per share
and headline earnings per share are expected to be between 20% and 40% higher
(2009: 5.9 cents).
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. The results for the year
ended 28 February 2010 are expected to be published before the end of May 2010.
