UPDATE IN RESPECT OF OPTION TO ACQUIRE POWER LINE AFRICA (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED
("PLA") AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 13 April 2010 and are
advised that the company`s option to acquire all the issued shares in PLA has
been extended for a further 15 business days.
As negotiations are on-going, shareholders are advised to exercise caution in
dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
