FURTHER RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement made on 1 July 2009 ("the
July announcement") and the cautionary announcements dated 12 August 2009,
28 September 2009, 9 November 2009, 6 January 2010, 16 February 2010 and 30
March (the last of which was communicated simultaneous with the publication
of the condensed consolidated results for the six months 31 December 2009).
In addition to the aforementioned, the Company has commenced discussions with
a party in relation to one of its current investments ("the preliminary
discussions") which, if pursued and successfully concluded, may have a material
effect on the price of the Company`s securities. Accordingly, shareholders
are advised that pending the implementation of the transactions set out in the
July announcement and the outcome of the preliminary discussions, there may
be a material effect on the price of the company`s securities. Shareholders
are therefore advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a further announcement in this regard is made.
