1. RESULTS OF 25th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - ("AGM")
Shareholders are advised that all resolutions proposed at the AGM of Basil Read
held today,6 May 2010 with the exception of the ordinary resolution, granting
directors general authority to issue shares for cash, were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
2. RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
It is with regret that the group announces the resignation of the Non-Executive
Director, Mr L.B. Dyosi with immediate effect.
