APPOINTMENT OF DESIGNATED ADVISOR AND COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of Section 21.31 of the Listings Requirements, the Board of Directors
are pleased to announce the appointment of Arcay Moela Sponsors (Proprietary)
Limited as their Designated Advisor with immediate effect.
Shareholders are advised that PSG Capital (Pty) Limited has resigned as
Designated Advisor of Queensgate with immediate effect as a result of the large
number of advisors currently involved with Queensgate and the resultant
duplication of work being performed resulting in economic inefficiencies for the
Company.
In addition, shareholders are advised that Arcay Client Support (Proprietary)
Limited has been appointed as company secretary with immediate effect.
The registered address of the company will change to Arcay House II, Number 3
Anerley Road, Parktown, Johannesburg and PO Box 62397, Marshalltown, 2107.
