APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.59 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and as
previously mentioned in the SENS announcement released on 03 May 2010, the board
of directors of RGT SMART are pleased to announce that Mr Cumeshan Jayaseelan
Moodliar has been appointed as independent non-executive director to RGT SMART`s
board of directors as from 05 May 2010.
Mr Moodliar`s educational qualifications are a BA LLB and LLM (Tax). Mr Moodliar
started off as a candidate attorney at Goldberg & De Villiers Inc in 1994 and as
from 2003 was appointed as their Managing Director, which is the position he
holds to date.
Mr Moodliar`s personal areas of specialisation are in corporate and commercial
law, commercial agreements, commercial litigation, insurance law and local
government law.
The board of directors of RGT SMART look forward to Mr Moodliar`s experience,
knowledge and contribution to the board.
