RESIGNATION OF WOLF CESMAN
Redefine unitholders are advised that Wolf Cesman has tendered his resignation
as joint Chief Executive Officer and director of Redefine with immediate effect.
The board has regretfully accepted his resignation and wishes to thank Wolf for
his many years service and significant contribution to Redefine over the years.
