RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the renewal of cautionary announcement released on
SENS on 24 March 2010 in which shareholders were advised that the strategic
options which were being considered by the Company related to either a potential
recapitalisation of the Company or, alternatively, a potential offer being made
for the Company. Shareholders were also advised that the process which the
Company is following with potential investors (the "Process") was well advanced.
The following further progress has been made in the Process:
* the Company has shortlisted its preferred investors; and
* the strategic option on which the Company is focussing together with the
preferred investors is the recapitalisation of the Company through an equity and
debt capital raising.
The successful conclusion of the Process may have a material effect on the price
at which the Company`s shares are traded on the JSE Limited. Shareholders are
therefore advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s
shares until a further announcement is made.
