DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for OLD MUTUAL PLC and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to OLD MUTUAL PLC (OML).
The Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
17.32 cents per OMLNIG share instalment that is payable on Friday, 25 June 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend was Friday, 7 May 2010. The Share Instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 10 May 2010, the record date will
be Friday, 14 May 2010.
