RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Masonite shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of
Masonite held today, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority
of shareholders present or represented by proxy thereat.
Shareholders are further advised that Ordinary resolution number 6 relating to
the re-election of Mr A D DiLucente as a director of Masonite was withdrawn
prior to the commencement of the annual general meeting.
