CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that,
due to operational requirements, the company engaged in a restructuring process
which resulted in the resignations of Messrs SF Grobbelaar and JM Swart as
directors with effect from 10 May 2010. The Board would like to thank Messrs SF
Grobbelaar and JM Swart for the valuable contribution to the board and wishes
them well in their future careers.
Shareholders are furthermore advised of the appointment of Ms Esna Colyn, B Com
(Hons) CA SA, as the Chief Executive Officer of the company with effect from 11
May 2010. Esna has more than 15 years` experience in investment banking,
private equity and corporate finance. During her career she also gained
experience as a shareholder and director in a manufacturing concern in the
health industry.
