DECLARED INTEREST DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON REDEFINE INCOME FUND LIMITED HOT
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("RDFIHC")
The Directors of Redefine Income Fund Limited have declared an interest
distribution of 16.75 cents payable on Monday, 31 May 2010 to ordinary holders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 28 May
2010.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities, RDFIHC
will receive a Redefine Income Fund Limited interest distribution of 16.75 cents
per security on, Monday, 31 May 2010 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated
in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day
to trade ("cum" the interest distribution) in order to participate in the
debenture interest distribution will be Friday, 21 May 2010.
RDFIHC Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the interest
distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 24 May 2010, and the
record date will be Friday, 28 May 2010.
