(RDF) VARIABLE STRIKE WARRANT- RDFIVB
The Directors of Redefine Income Fund Limited have declared a debenture interest
distribution of 16.75 cents per unit. Due to this distribution the strike price
of the above warrant will be adjusted and the announcement thereof will be made
accordingly on the ex-distribution date, being Monday, 24 May 2010.
