RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 19 February 2010 and the renewal
thereof on 29 March 2010, shareholders are advised that the Company is still in
negotiations which could have a material effect on the price of its shares.
Shareholders are therefore advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in the shares of SELCo until such time that a further announcement is made.
