CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Mr Gerhard Jacobs has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Financial
Director of Simmers with effect from 11 May 2010. In the interim, Mr Robert
Cowley has been appointed acting Chief Financial Officer, with immediate
effect until such time as the Financial Director has been appointed.
Simmers is in the process of appointing a Financial Director and shareholders
will be advised as soon as an appointment has been made.
