DECLARED INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON PRETORIA PORTLAND CEMENT COMPANY
LIMITED HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("PPCIHI")
The Directors of Pretoria Portland Cement Company Limited have declared an
interim dividend of 45 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 07 June 2010
to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the company at the close of
business on Friday, 04 June 2010.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
PPCIHI, will receive a Pretoria Portland Cement Company Limited interim dividend
of 45 cents per security payable on Monday, 07 June 2010 in terms of the Cession
clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in
the dividend will be Friday, 28 May 2010.
PPCIHI Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 31 May 2010, and the record date
will be Friday, 04 June 2010.
