CHANGES IN DIRECTORATE
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Liberty
Holdings Limited Board ("the Board") wishes to announce the resignation of
Hylton Appelbaum from the Board with effect from 12 May 2010 to pursue other
interests. The Board is most grateful to Hylton for the contribution he has made
as a director of Liberty Holdings Limited and Liberty Group Limited over the
past 17 years.
The Board also wishes to express its sincere appreciation to Alan Romanis, who
having reached the Board`s mandatory retirement age, retired from the Board at
the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2010. Alan`s contribution
to the Liberty Holdings Limited and Liberty Group Limited Boards spanned 17
years.
