VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: SUCCESSFUL LISTING AND ISSUE OF PSG FINANCIAL SERVICES
PREFERENCE SHARES
The boards of PSG Group and PSG Financial Services are pleased to advise
shareholders that PSG Financial Services, being a wholly owned subsidiary of PSG
Group, has successfully raised R200 million through the issue of 2 325 582 JSE-
listed, cumulative, non-redeemable, non-participating, prime-linked preference
shares ("the preference shares") at an effective NACA yield of 8.9%. The
preference shares were listed and issued on Thursday, 6 May 2010 pursuant to the
authority granted to the board of directors at the last annual general meeting
and in compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited.
