RECTIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT - RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 10 MAY 2010
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 11 May 2010.
Shareholders should take note that the aforementioned announcement incorrectly
referred to the "results of the Annual General Meeting held on 10 May 2010",
however the General Meeting that took place on 10 May 2010 related to the
specific repurchase of IQuad shares by the company, as announced on SENS on 7
April 2010, and was not the Annual General Meeting of the company.
For the sake of completeness shareholders are advised that all resolutions
tabled at the General Meeting held on Monday, 10 May 2010, were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders and that the special resolution has been
lodged with the Registrar of Companies for registration.
