RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Advocate K D Moroka has tendered her resignation
as a director from the Board of Wesizwe with effect from 14 May 2010, due to her
other business commitments and a potential conflict of interests that may arise
in future.
The Chairman, Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer would like to thank
Advocate Moroka for the contribution she has made to the Company during her
tenure on the Board.
