DEALING IN SECURITIES BY ASSOCIATES OF DIRECTORS
Pursuant to the offer made to linked unitholders by Rossouw en Van der
Westhuizen (Pty) Limited ("Rossouw en Van der Westhuizen"), in the circular sent
to Fairvest linked unitholders, dated 17 November 2009, Rossouw en Van der
Westhuizen, an associate of Mr JF du Toit, increased its unitholding in
Fairvest to 51.46%.
The directors dealings set out below, relate to a restructuring of a portion of
the unitholding in Fairvest, held by Rossouw en Van der Westhuizen, by the
transfer of linked units to certain entities that are associates of either JF du
Toit or BJ Kriel or of both JF du Toit and BJ Kriel.
