Acquisitions of Shares by Ian Durant and Ian Hawksworth
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Company")
was notified on 13 May 2010 that:
i) Ian Durant, the Company`s Chairman, purchased 122,347 ordinary shares of 80p
each at GBP1.21687 per share on 10 May 2010. Ian Durant`s shareholding in the
Company is now 122,347 ordinary shares of 80p each (0.020%).
ii) Ian Hawksworth, the Company`s Chief Executive, purchased 100,000 ordinary
shares of 80p each at GBP1.2985 per share on 10 May 2010. Including 339
ordinary shares to be issued on completion of the demerger from Capital Shopping
Centres Group PLC, Ian Hawksworth`s shareholding in the Company is now 100,339
ordinary shares of 80p each (0.016%).
