DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE PPC SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for PRETORIA PORTLAND
CEMENT CO LTD and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
PRETORIA PORTLAND CEMENT CO LTD (PPC). The Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 45 cents per PPCNIF share instalment
that is payable on Monday, 7 June 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 28 May 2010. The Share Instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 31 May 2010, the record date will
be Friday, 4 June 2010.
