ACCEPTANCE OF LINKED UNITS IN TERMS OF THE FORTRESS UNIT PURCHASE TRUST ("THE
TRUST")
Unitholders are advised of the following information relating to the acceptance
of linked units as offered to directors and officers in terms of the rules of
the trust.
In terms of the rules of the trust, ownership in such linked units vests in the
beneficiaries stated below, but such linked units have been pledged to the
trustees of the trust until the outstanding balance due in respect of the linked
units (including interest) is paid.
The pricing of the units was determined on 12 May 2010, the day on which the
Board approved the allocations.
