APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARDS OF PSG GROUP AND PSG FINANCIAL SERVICES
Notification is hereby given in accordance with paragraph 3.59 (a) of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited that Johan Holtzhausen ("Johan") has
been appointed as a non-executive director to the boards of PSG Group and PSG
Financial Services with effect from Thursday, 13 May 2010.
Johan joined PSG in October 1998 and is the Managing Director of PSG Capital
(Pty) Limited, PSG Group`s corporate finance arm. He also serves on the boards
of various other companies within the Group.
The boards of PSG Group and PSG Financial Services welcome the appointment of
Johan and look forward to his contribution.
