CAPITAL SHOPPING CENTRES GROUP PLC ("the Company")
BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION
An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a block listing of 5,000,000 Ordinary shares of 50p each in the
Company (the "new shares") to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected
that permission to admit the new shares will be granted on 17 May 2010 and that
dealings will commence on 18 May 2010.
The new shares will be issued when required to satisfy future exercises of
options under the Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC Executive Share Option
Scheme 1999 and the Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC Incentive Share Option
Scheme 1999.
The new shares will rank pari passu with the Company`s existing issued ordinary
shares.
