COURT CONFIRMATION OF CAPITAL REDUCTION
Capital & Counties Properties PLC ("Capital & Counties") is pleased to announce
that the High Court of Justice in England and Wales has today made an order
confirming the reduction of Capital & Counties` share capital.
The Capital & Counties reduction of capital (under which the nominal value of
each Ordinary Share will be reduced from 80 pence to 25 pence) will become
effective upon the Court`s order being delivered to the Registrar of Companies
in England and Wales, which is expected to take place tomorrow, on Tuesday, 18
May 2010.
