ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE LISTING OF THE ORDINARY SHARES IN THE ISSUED SHARE
CAPITAL OF LIFE HEALTHCARE GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED ("LIFE HEALTHCARE") AND
FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
On Friday, 23 April 2010, holders of ordinary shares and preference shares of
Mvela Group ("Shareholders") were referred to a press release by Life Healthcare
detailing its intention to list on the Main Board of the securities exchange
operated by the JSE Limited ("JSE") by the end of June 2010, subject to
prevailing market conditions.
Following thereon, Shareholders are advised that Life Healthcare has released
its abridged pre-listing statement today on SENS in which it has announced that
Life Healthcare will, subject to certain conditions, list on the JSE with effect
from the commencement of business on Tuesday, 8 June 2010. The detailed pre-
listing statement will also be available as from today.
Accordingly, further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on Monday,
8 March 2010 and the renewal thereof on Friday, 23 April 2010, Shareholders are
advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in Mvela Group securities
until a further announcement is made.
