CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of TCS hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr. John
Morgan O`Kennedy Smit ("Morgan") has been appointed as Financial Director with
effect from 17 May 2010.
Morgan is a qualified CA(SA), and a Fellow member of CIMA. He started his career
at one of South Africa`s leading banks. After leaving the banking environment,
he spent a considerable period of time within the financial services sector
dealing with various portfolios, including asset management, private banking,
international global trading in derivatives and contracts for difference. Prior
to his appointment at TCS, Morgan held the position of Chief Financial Officer
of the South African subsidiary of one of the top three corporate insurance
brokers and risk management companies worldwide, listed on the New York Stock
Exchange.
