FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated Monday, 31 August 2009, renewed on
Tuesday, 13 October 2009, Wednesday, 25 November 2009, Tuesday, 12 January 2010
and on Wednesday, 31 March 2010 where shareholders were advised that the company
concluded separate agreements relating to disposal of property and certain
brewery assets to United National Breweries (SA) (Proprietary) Limited ("the
transaction"). Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in companies securities until the financial effects of the transaction
are published.
