NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
1. Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be
held at 1 Copper Road, Phalaborwa on 8 June 2010 at 09h00 to transact the
business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting included in the
Annual Report.
2. No change statement
The Company published its provisional results for the year ended 31 December
2009 on 8 February 2010 and distributed its Annual Report to shareholders on
Tuesday, 18 May 2010.
As the financial information published on 8 February 2010 is unchanged, no
abridged version of the audited financial statements is being published.
