FULFILMENT OF ALL CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO THE SCHEME
Further to the announcement of 14 May 2010 shareholders of CET and Dynamic are
hereby advised that the Court Order sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in
terms of section 311 of the Companies Act (Act 61 of 1973) as amended ("the
scheme") proposed by Dynamic, in terms of which Dynamic will acquire all the
shares in the issued share capital of CET was registered by the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office on Monday, 17 May 2010, that all
conditions precedent to the scheme have now been fulfilled and that the scheme
will be implemented in accordance with the timetable published on 14 May 2010.
