RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all the ordinary and special resolutions set out
in the notice of annual general meeting were passed by the requisite majority of
votes at the seventieth (70th) annual general meeting of Hulamin Limited held on
19 May 2010.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
