DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE PIK SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for PICK N PAY HOLDINGS
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to PICK N PAY
HOLDINGS LIMITED (PIK). The Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared
a dividend amount of 134.75 cents per PIKNIF share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 14 June 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 4 June 2010. The Share Instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 7 June 2010, the record date will
be Friday, 11 June 2010.
