CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, in
respect of a change to the board of directors, Hospitality unitholders are
advised that Mr Tim Sewell has resigned as independent non-executive chairman
with effect from 19 May 2010.
The board is most grateful to Tim for his valuable leadership and contribution
as chairman and director since his appointment in January 2006.
Mr Frank Berkeley, who was appointed as an independent non-executive director to
the board on 11 March 2010, will assume the role of chairman with immediate
effect.
