1) Acquisitions of Shares by Soumen Das and Gary Yardley
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the
"Company") was notified on 19 May 2010 that:
i) Soumen Das, the Company`s Finance Director, purchased a total of 40,000
ordinary shares of 25p each on 18 May 2010. 13,200 shares were purchased
at a price of 117.54p per share and 26,800 shares were purchased at a price
of 115.425p per share. Soumen Das` shareholding in the Company is now
40,000 ordinary shares of 25p each (0.006%).
ii) Gary Yardley, the Company`s Investment Director, purchased 100,000 ordinary
shares of 25p each at 114.8252p per share on 19 May 2010. Including 211
ordinary shares issued on completion of the demerger from Capital Shopping
Centres Group PLC ("CSCG"), Gary Yardley`s shareholding in the Company is
now 100,211 ordinary shares of 25p each (0.002%).
2) Initial Holdings of Directors and PDMRs
On 17 May 2010, shareholders in CSCG were issued with one ordinary share in
the Company for each CSCG share held on 14 May 2010. Following completion
of the demerger, and any subsequent share purchases, the Company has been
notified that its Directors and PDMRs have the following shareholdings:
