CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Keaton Energy shareholders are advised that Mr J N Wallington has resigned as an
independent non-executive director of the company with effect from 31 May 2010,
as a result of his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Coal of Africa
Limited.
Keaton Energy Chairman, Dr David Salter, wishes to thank Mr Wallington for his
invaluable contribution to the board of the company, and wishes him well with
his new endeavour.
