given that M Fleming, executive director of Tiger Brands Limited has exercised 9
100 options, being options that were beneficially held by him in terms of the
Tiger Brands (1985) Share Option Scheme, and has taken a loan in terms of Tiger
Brands (1985) Share Purchase Scheme to fund such purchase, but has not disposed
of any shares.
