FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the Cautionary Announcements dated 25 February and 9 April 2010,
shareholders are advised that negotiations are continuing with two short listed
candidates with regard to the conclusion of a sale of 10% of the Group`s equity.
If successfully concluded, the proposed transaction may have a material effect
on the price at which Mercantile`s shares trade. Accordingly, shareholders are
advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their Mercantile shares
until a detailed announcement is made.
