TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE") relating to
Trading Statements, a listed company is required to publish a trading
statement as soon as it becomes aware that the financial results for the
next period to be reported on will differ by at least 20% or more from those
of the previous corresponding period.
Intertrading is expecting a headline loss per share for the year ended 28
February 2010 of 3.0 cents as opposed to the 9.8 cents headline earnings per
share as reported for the previous corresponding period for 2009, and a
basic loss per share for the year ended 28 February 2010 of 15.1 cents as
opposed to the 9.8 cents earnings per share reported for the previous
corresponding period for 2009.
The information in this trading statement has not been reviewed or reported
on by Intertrading`s auditors. The year end results announcement is expected
to be published on or about 31 May 2010.
