Further to the announcement made on 24 May 2010, the results of the specific
offer, excluding the 217 million shares which provided irrevocable undertakings
that they would not be accepting the specific offer in relation to the shares
held by them as referred to in that announcement, are as follows:
Number of shares for which elections were made or 124 153 722
were deemed to have been made to sell to Set
Point and/or Brubin Pumps (Proprietary) Limited, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Set Point, in terms of
the specific offer. This represents 98.2% of the
total shares available to be accepted under the
specific offer.
