Timetable update on admission to trading of Rollex Consideration Shares

Further to the announcement of 18 May 2010 in which Lonrho Plc (AIM:LONR) set
out the agreement to increase its holding in the issued share capital of Rollex
(Pty) Limited ("Rollex") to 100 per cent, the Company announces that the
42,119,258 new ordinary shares of 1 pence in Lonrho ("Consideration Shares"),
which will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares, are being admitted
to trading on AIM today, rather than, as previously announced, on or about the
28 May 2010.
