Director`s shareholdings
In accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R, Lonmin Plc (the "Company") announces that its
chief executive, Ian Farmer, has today sold 15,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 1556.5501 pence per share.
The shares were sold by Mr Farmer to fund a house purchase in connection with
his move as CEO to Johannesburg. Following this sale, Mr Farmer will continue
to hold 65,323 shares in the Company.
