RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Brimstone shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of
Brimstone held on 25 May 2010, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders present or represented by proxy thereat.
The special resolution will be registered with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office ("CIPRO") in due course.
